Funding Requests to be considered for the upcoming Fiscal Year, July 1 to June 30, are due in the Select Board's Office no later than the December 31st prior to the applicable Annual Town Meeting in June.
Municipal Requests – Includes all Town Departments such as the Fire Department, Elections, Tax Collector, Parks and Recreation, etc.
Non-Municipal Requests – Includes agencies not affiliated with the Town or overseen by Town employees or Elected Officials such as the Red Cross, York County Community Action, Saco River Corridor Commission, etc. Funding requests for non-municipal agencies should include a copy of the agencies most recent annual report.
