Pirate Fest - set up, schedule workers, raffle quilt- tickets will be a donation

Move to trailers - packing, Whitey will provide a flatbed, what do we need to do and when?

Lions Club Dinner - When? What do we need to do?

Yard Sale - possibility of having a yard sale to raise funds. We will do this after all clothing stuff is in trailers and do before they are taken out so people won’t think we are selling donations

Job Description - is it ok? Will Mike put on town letterhead?
