NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Attention Hollis Residents,

you are invited to attend a Public Hearing for all Warrant Articles, proposed Finance Committee Ordinance, Zoning Ordinance changes, Building Code Ordinance changes and Budget Committee Ordinance changes.

                                         Hollis, Maine 04042

Copies of this warrant and proposed ordinances are available on the Town of Hollis website at www.hollismaine.org and at the Hollis Town Hall.

The Special Town Meeting will be held on November 7, 2017 at Hollis Fire Station, 405 Plains Road, Hollis, Maine 04042. Town Meeting will open at 6:45 a.m. to act on article #1: to elect a moderator. Polls will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. to act by secret ballot voting on articles 2-10.

Absentee Ballots may be requested until Thursday, November 2, 2017 at 4 p.m.in person or by calling (207) 929-8552 ext. 18.

The Registrar of Voters will hold regular office hours to correct any error, change a name or address on the voting list, to accept registrations of any person eligible to vote and to accept new enrollments.  You may register to vote at the polls.  When registering to vote please bring your current identification and proof of residency with you.
