1. Diane Meserve, Treasurer: Requested to close an SIS bank account originally set up for Parks and Rec's on-line registration. The account was not utilized and is no longer needed. The Select Board unanimously agreed to have the account closed and Bennet will draft a memo for the Treasurer.

2. Fox and Hound cafe liquor license: Per Select Board the application is on hold until the conditional use permit is in place.  CEO recommends that the property's septic designer provide verification that the cafe can handle a liquor license in addition to 2 meals per day. This information should be provided by the property owner or business owner.

3. FD Officers Per Diem.  On the motion of Payne/Hicks, the Select Board unanimously approved to have the Hollis FD/EMS officers Per Diem wage be the same as their regular hourly wage.  Bennet will draft a memo for the SB to sign.

4. E-mail Host site expiration. Per Bennet, Webhostingbuzz.com, the e-mail and website server provider, is up for renewal on 1/19/17. Cost is $109.00 per year. Select Board recommends that the Town retains this provider and renew the services until an IT solution is found that suits the Town's needs. Bennet will contact the former admin for the service, R. Roy, and have it transferred under the Town's name prior to renewal.

5. Bartlett Assessing Bond - Paper work given to the Select Board to review and sign.

6. York County Public Hearing/Layman Way Recover and Detox Center - Marston Lovell, County Commissioner attended the last half of the Select Board meeting and encouraged everyone to come to the Public Hearing on January 18th, 4:30PM at the Government Building. Commissioner Lovell also gave the Hollis residents in attendance his e-mail address and reported that the new Courthouse in Biddeford has been approved and made final.  He also added that there are no plans for DOT to create an additional exit between Saco and Buxton on the Maine Turnpike.

7. Public Hearing 2.1.17 - To ensure that all Hollis residents are able to attend the TIF Amendment Public Hearing, if they wish to do so, the Town Hall will close at 6:30PM on February 1, 2017.  Bennet will update the website and request update to Town Sign.
