Minutes for Select Board Untelevised Meeting at Hollis Town Hall

March 22, 2017 at 5:00PM

Attendees: River Payne, Mike Seely, Sr. Faith Plummer,  Bennet Flinner, Bev Harrison, Nancy Conway, Vera Littlefield

1. Department Head Meeting - Agenda Items. Select Board has e-mailed all agenda items to Bennet for their upcoming meeting. River asked that vacation requests be added to it. Mike requested that contracts and elected officials be added.

2. Salmon Falls Library - Mike will also cover this topic at the next televised meeting. The SB asks for the public's input of what vision they have for the future of the SF Library. Martha Turner provided information regarding their volunteer group -  Friends of Salmon Falls Library meets every 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:30pm. Carla Turner is the president of the group.

3. Town Barn Siding - Mike received notice from Valley Siding that they will begin work on the Town Barn next Tuesday.

4. Other Business - Select Board signed letter addressed to Town of Waterboro Selectmen requesting services from their current Health Inspector.
