Minutes for Select Board Untelevised Meeting at Hollis Town Hall

April 5, 2017 at 5:00PM

Attendees: River Payne, Roger Hicks, Mike Seely, Sr., Bennet Flinner, Rita Anderson, Bev Harris, Vera Littlefield, Nancy Conway.

1. Tax Map Contract - Select Board will review prior to signing. Document left with Mike Seely to begin review process.

2. June Warrant - All warrant articles were read aloud by the Select Board. Select Board recommended all articles unanimously with the exception of two: Article 21, Payne did not recommend and Article 19 was unanimously not recommended by the SB. Draft to be submitted to Town Clerk for draft to be signed by the SB and available for public viewing on 4.12.17. First Public Hearing on the June Warrant to be held at 405 Plains Road, 7PM on 4.19.16. Second Public Hearing to be held at the same place and time on 5.17.17.
