1. Select Board Meeting opened by Payne at 5:04PM.
 
2. MSAD 6 Budget Presentation by Superintendent Paul Penna and Business Manager, Bill Brockman and Public Questions/Comments regarding MSAD 6 Budget Presentation can be viewed at http://www.src-tv.org/

4. Select Board Meeting suspended by Payne.
 
5. Payne opened the Public Hearing on the proposed Secret Ballot Warrant Articles, proposed Citizen’s Initiative Ordinance titled, Establish a 5 Member Select Board-Town Administrator Form of Government, proposed Ordinance to Prohibit Growing Cultivating, Selling and Retail Marijuana Social Clubs in the Municipality of Hollis, Maine and proposed Zoning Ordinance changes for The Hollis Annual Town Meeting being held on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.

6. Public Hearing closed by Payne at 9:22PM.
 
7. Select Board Meeting was reopened by Payne at 9:22PM.
 
8. Old Business

      a. Hollis Ambulance - Seely reports that a rental ambulance is being used while the one that was involved in an auto accident is being repaired.

      b. Community Clothing Closet - Seely reports that the structure is built and being sided. Still requires a septic system, which is being planned.
 
9. New Business
 
      a. Statistics: Seely reports that Code Enforcement to date has received $85,908 in fees/revenue.  

      b. Warrant and Payroll Totals:  Warrant last week - $383,105, Warrant this week - $255,945; Payroll last week - $19,501, Payroll this week - $10,794.

      c. Purchase Orders for April:  #3464 For Parks and Rec, to Full Court Press/printing of Spring Newsletter for Rec Dept. NTE $760.21. #3463 For Parks and Rec, to Bob Taylor for mulching of flower beds & weeding NTE $1,000.00; #3481 For Hwy/Roads, to Mainly Pavement Maintenance Crack seal Killick Pond Road NTE $6,000.00; #3482 For Hwy/Roads, to Coastal Road Repair for sweeper and dump truck rental NTE $3,700.00.
 
      c. Correspondence:

-DOG LICENSE FEES ARE NOW OVERDUE! Fees for 2017 YEAR are $6.00 for Spayed/Neutered dog, $11.00 for unspayed/unneutered. Late fee is $55 (per dog) and is STATE mandated.
