Minutes for Untelevised Select Board Meeting

1. Select Board meeting called to order by Payne at 5:00PM

2. Old Business

    a. Town Ambulance: Seely reports that a used ambulance will be purchased using TIF funds.

    b. Speed Signs: Hicks reports that they are in Augusta. He will be attending a 4 hour training class to learn how to operate them.

3. New Business

    a. Thank you letter/cards for ACO contributions signed by the Select Board.

    b. Public access for Town Records in Assessor and CEO offices: New office hours for the public to access Town records in these offices will begin July 1, 2017. Tues, Thurs and Fri 12-3p, Wed 4-7pm

4. Other Business - none

5. Public Questions and Comments: Question from Bev Harris- Will Cemetary in W. Buxton be given to Hollis? Seely responded that it is being considered since associations have no funding for upkeep of these cemetaries.

6. Payne closed Select Board meeting at 5:41PM.

7. Select Board moved into Executive Session pursuant to Title 1 M.R.S. §405(6)(A) to discuss a personnel matter by Payne at 5:42PM and doors were closed. Attending the Executive Session: River Payne, Roger Hicks and Mike Seely, Sr.  Payne ended Executive Session at 5:59PM and meeting was adjourned.
