MINUTES FOR TELEVISED SELECT BOARD MEETING

Wednesday, May 30, 2018 5:00PM at the Hollis Town Hall

Attendees: Roger Hicks, Rita Perron, Bennet Flinner, Martha Huff, John Rondeau

1. Meeting called to order at 5:00PM by Hicks.

2. Old Business

    a. There was no signing of Sand Pond Road contract with Sebago Technics and Shaw Brothers.

    b.  Hicks announced that there is a ride-through scheduled with Sebago Technicstomorrow,  5/31/18 2:00PM on Bear Hill Rd, Deerwander Rd, Salmon Falls Rd and Upper Tarbox Rd. Roger and Rob Hanson will be in attendance.

    c. Martha Huff, Town clerk provided information about absentee ballots, election training, kennel inspections.

3. New Business:

    a. Hicks announced that the MSAD 6 District School Budget vote is tomorrow evening 7pm at Bonny Eagle Middle School.

    b. Hicks announced that the County is still in the progress of building their budget, if interested in attending a meeting you can visit their website.
