Untelevised Select Board Meeting Minutes for June 7, 2017 at 5:00PM

Attendees: River Payne,Roger Hicks, Mike Seely, Sr. Bob Cyr, Bennet Flinner, Rita Anderson, Bev Harris, Vera Littlefield, Nancy Conway, Jeremiah Berube.

1. Meeting called to order by Payne at 5:04PM.
2. Old Business- None
3. New Business - Hicks and Seely attended Crosswalk training just recently. Hollis qualifies for a lighted crosswalk sign to be installed in the Fall prior to school starting. It is solar powered. Hicks will be attending speed sign training tomorrow in Augusta. It is also solar powered and is portable. Poland Spring purchased the sign for the town. Roger will contact MMA regarding insuring the sign.
4. Public Comment- Residents asked about Deer Pond Storage facility update? Select Board reports that the owners have met all requirements requested by the Select Board and the stop work order will be lifted. No decisions were made during this item.
5. Public Hearing will be held on June 21, 2017 during Televised Select Board Meeting regarding dangerous buildings and illegal junkyards within the Town of Hollis. Select Board will have a slide show presentation and ask for public input of how to move forward. in cleaning up the Town.
