MINUTES FOR UNTELEVISED HOLLIS SELECT BOARD MEETING

7.12.17, 5:00 P.M AT TOWN HALL

Attendees: Roger Hicks, Mike Seely, Sr., Rita Perron, Bennet Flinner, Bill Burns, Bev Harris, Vera Littlefield, Nancy Conway, Rita Anderson

1. Meeting called to order by Hicks at 5:00PM

2. Old Business

     a. Roads - Sebago Technics: Hicks announced that the Select Board has a meeting with Sebago Technics tomorrow morning to get Sand Pond Road bid out.

3. New Business

     a. Dog issue/Town Clerk - Seely reports that fines were waived and issue resolved by the Select Board.

4. Other Business:

     a. Select Board annouced that they will be meeting with the Town attorney in Executive Session tomorrow at their offices in Portland.

     b. Select Board received 3 applications for the Fire Rescue Department in which they will not take any action on at this time.

     c. Junkyards/Automobile Graveyards - Select Board will be seeking legal opinion if Town has authority to to allow an applicant no action on permits if they have active violations for other permits or Planning Board applications.

     d. Road Bond- Select Board will be seeking legal opinion regarding the Road Bond and if enough information is given to public to move forward with it.

5.  On the motion of Seely/Hicks meeting was adjorned at 5:33PM All in favor, passed 3-0-0.
