Hollis Select Board Emergency Executive Session held May 10, 2018

An Emergency Meeting of the Hollis Select Board was posted and sent to the news media on May 10, 2018 at 11:47 a.m. by Town Clerk M Huff.

Roger HIcks opened the Select Board Meeting at 2:00 p.m (14 hundred hours). on May 10,2018. In attendance were Select Board members Mike Seely, Sr, Rita Perron and Roger HIcks. Roger made the motion to go into executive session under title 1 405 -6A to discuss a personnel matter. Rita Perron seconded the motion.  The Town Clerk left the meeting.

The Meeting was reported to the Town Clerk as closed at 2:12 p.m. (14:12) The Select Board then signed appointment paper for Paul Goodreau to serve an Interim Code Enforcement Officer, Interim Building Inspector, Interim Plumbing Inspector and Interim Electrical Inspector. The appointment paper work is on file with the Hollis Town Clerk.
