Do you agree that the operation of any motorized vehicles will be by licensed drivers only, and the operator of the vehicle will have the one and only responsibility of operating the vehicle through the parade route safely. Do you also agree that any candy passed out will be done so by participants who are WALKING ONLY. No candy or other items will be thrown from any moving vehicle. Any persons who violate these rules will not be permitted to participate for a period no less then 1 year. *
