The Hollis Planning Board has received an application for a four-lot subdivision on a property located off Sarah Vaughn Road, Map 4 Lot 2A, to be called Harmon Farm Estates. On Wednesday 12 May 2021, at 5:00 PM, the Hollis Planning Board has scheduled a site visit at this location. All members of the public are welcome to attend. All attendees are asked to wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines.

Noble Ridge Estates Subdivision - Project #2202-4247

The Hollis Planning Board has received an application for a seven-lot subdivision on a property located on Hollis Road/Route 202, Map 1 Lot 39, near Peppermint Lane, to be called Noble Ridge Estates. On Wednesday 12 May 2021 at 5:45 PM, the Hollis Planning Board has scheduled a site visit for this application. All members of the public are welcome to attend. All attendees are asked to wear a mask and observe social distancing guidelines.

On Wednesday 12 May 2021, at 7:00 PM, there will be a public hearing regarding these applications at the beginning of the regular Planning Board meeting. This will be a Zoom meeting, as town buildings are not yet open to the public. Details, including password to sign in, will be posted on the Hollis website: www.hollismaine.org. All members of the public are welcome to attend.
