The Hollis Planning Board has received an application for a Shoreland Zoning Permit from John and Sally McGarry to remove the existing building at 315 East Old Alfred Road and replace it with a new single-family residence.

On Wednesday 22 September 2021, at 6:00 PM, the Hollis Planning Board has scheduled a site visit at this location. All Hollis residents are welcome toattend.

On Wednesday 22 September 2021, at 7:00 PM, there will be a public hearing regarding this application during the regular Planning Board meeting at the Hollis Community Building. All Hollis residents are welcome to attend.
