The Hollis Planning Board has received an application for a five-lot subdivision to be located off Deerwander Road, Map 7 Lot 26. The Planning Board has also received a Shoreland Zoning application due to the presence of fresh-water wetlands.

On Wednesday 13 October 2021, at 7:00 PM, there will be a public hearing regarding these applications during the regular Planning Board meeting. This meeting will be held at the Hollis Community Building, 35 Town Farm Road, with Zoom access as well. Details are posted below. All members of the public are welcome to join this meeting.
