Planning Board Meeting & Public Hearing - Televised and Zoom

On Wednesday 9 November 2022 at 7:00 PM, during the regular meeting of the Hollis Planning Board, there will be a public hearing regarding recent changes in Maine’s cannabis statutes, and how these changes may affect the Town of Hollis. These statutes would allow curbside pickup and limited delivery of Adult Use Cannabis (LD 1827), as well as authorizing certain off-premises sales of Adult Use Cannabis (LD 1927).
Any proposed changes to the Town’s Cannabis Business Ordinance would have to be approved by Hollis residents at a Town meeting. At this time the Planning Board is seeking input from residents. The meeting will be held at the Hollis Community Building. Residents may attend in person, or may join by Zoom.
