Meeting Minutes for Select Board Untelevised Meeting

1. CEO update- Bob Cyr. Consent agreement for resident on Salmon Falls Road reviewed with CEO and signed by Select Board.

2. Community Building Update- Plans have been submitted to Fire Marshal for approval and town will coordinate with Poland Springs for a trailer to store Parks and Rec items while renovations take place this fall.

3. Community Clothing Closet Update - none

4. New Town Municipal Complex Update - none

5. Maintenance Update - Maintenance Job Description. River submitted changes to draft. Bennet will distribute updated draft for SB to review. Will continue discussion and possible approval next week.

6. Overtime Policy - Signed by Select Board.

7. MMA Legal Services Contacts update - Letter to MMA reviewed and signed by Select Board.

8. Appointments: Select Board signed appointment papers for Heather Sullivan, Planning Board.

9. Minutes 8/10/16, 8/17/16, 8/24/16 approved by the Select Board.
