1.   Call to Order

3.   Old Business

a. Meeting minutes for March 1, March 15.

b. Cannabis Business license renewals for Hollis Medication Station – Public Hearing scheduled for April 19, 2023 at 7PM

c. Special Town Meeting Outcome held on March 29, 2023 re Amendments to Cannabis Business Ord.

         d. Warrant for June 13, 2023 Annual Town Meeting – Select Board Recommendations for Articles #3-23, discussion on articles 24-26.

         e. Announce SB Meeting for next Wednesday, April 12, 2023 if needed.

4.   New Business            

a.  Hollis Rec Pavilion use application – YC Amateur Radio Club 06/24, 06/25. Select Board Vote

e.  Correspondence: 

  • Parks and Rec will be holding their annual Easter Egg Hunt this Saturday, April 8th from 1-4PM. Sparks Ark will hold their animal presentations starting at 1PM here at the Community Building. Don’t miss a fun event for your children – Pre-school through 3rd grade. Cost is $5.00 per person.
  • Buxton Hollis Historical Society Flyer – Avery Kamila
  • Earth Day at Googins Woods - Flyer Hollis Conservation Commission

5.   Other Business

  • MSAD 6 will be presenting their 2023-24 School Budget at the May 5th Select Board Meeting.
  • We are currently in the process of hiring a Code Enforcement Officer. If you are interested in applying, please send your resume, cover letter and references to adminsecretary@hollismaine.org. Job Description is on our website under the news announcements.
  • The position is still available for a Part-Time Secretary for our Planning Board, Appeals Board and Finance Committee. All interested parties please e-mail your resume to adminsecretary@hollismaine.org.
