  • There will be a rabies vaccine clinic at the Lyman Town Hall at 11 South Waterboro Road in Lyman on Saturday, November 6th from 9AM to Noon. All pets must be leashed or in a carrier. For more information, call 292-2424.
  • This Saturday, Oct. 23rd is National Take Back Day. Expired prescription and over the counter medications can be safely disposed of and taken at a location near you. To find a collection site go to www.takebackday.dea.gov or call 211.
  • York County is taking applications for their Home Heating Assistance Program. To schedule an appointment, call 207-459-2950 or apply online at YCCAC.org.

  • Poland Spring for their donation towards new playground equipment at the Sports Complex
  • Fred Decker of Bear Hill Lumber for his donation of lumbar towards pavilion repair at the Sports Complex
  • Maine State Police for their help in the investigation of vandalism at the Sports Complex

  • The State Referendum Election will be held on Tuesday, November 2nd in the Hollis Community Building at 35 Town Farm Road from 7AM to 8PM.

  • There will be a Sports Complex Committee meeting on Thursday, November 4th at 7pm.
