MINUTES FOR SELECT BOARD MEETING & EXECUTIVE SESSION – July 25, 2023, 9:00AM 

Held at the Town Hall – Office Trailer at 34 Town Farm Road, Hollis, ME.
Attendees: Select Board Members – David McCubrey, John Rogala, Mary Hoffman; Parks and Recreation Director Debbie Tefft, Parks and Recreation Administrative Asst. Dawn Lundeen 

1.     Meeting called to order at 9:08 AM by Hoffman.

2.     On the motion of Hoffman and Rogala, the Select Board went into Executive Session pursuant to Title 1 MRS 405(6) (A) to discuss a personnel matter. Passed 3-0.

3.     On the motion of Hoffman and Rogala the Select Board closed the Executive Session and closed the Select Board meeting at 9:30am. Passed 3-0. No decisions made, only information exchanged.
