MINUTES FOR SELECT BOARD MEETING & EXECUTIVE SESSION – Sept. 8, 2022, 6:00PM

Attendees: Select Board Members – David McCubrey, John Rogala, Mary Hoffman; David Silk, Attorney; Bob Gingras of Parker Appraisal; Mark Pomykacz and Amy Lang from Federal Appraisal; Brian Fogg of Brian Fogg, LLC.

1. Meeting called to order at 6:02pm by McCubrey.

2. On the motion of McCubrey and Rogala, the Select Board suspended the Select Board meeting and went into Executive Session pursuant to Title 1 MRS 405(6) (E) consultations with legal counsel via Zoom with all other attendees at 6:03pm. Passed 3-0.

3. On the motion of McCubrey and Rogala the Select Board closed the Executive Session and reconvened the Select Board meeting at 7:23pm. Passed 3-0. No decisions made, only information exchanged.

4. On the motion of Rogala, McCubrey and Hoffman, Select Board adjourned meeting at 7:24pm. Passed 3-0.
