MINUTES FOR SELECT BOARD MEETING & EXECUTIVE SESSION – Sept. 27, 2023, 11:00AM

Held at the Town Hall – Office Trailer at 34 Town Farm Road, Hollis, ME.

Attendees: Select Board Members –Mary Hoffman and John Rogala; Parks and Recreation Director Debbie Tefft, Parks and Recreation Administrative Asst. Dawn Lundeen, Asst. Director of Parks and Recreation Amy Paul.

1.     Meeting called to order at 11:08 AM by Hoffman.

2.     On the motion of Hoffman and Rogala, the Select Board suspended the meeting and went into Executive Session pursuant to Title 1 MRS 405(6) (A) to discuss a personnel matter. Passed 2-0. Doors to the office trailer were closed.  Information was exchanged between all parties.No decisions made during the session.

3.     On the motion of Hoffman and Rogala the Select Board closed the Executive Session and reconvened the Select Board meeting. Passed 2-0.

4.     On the motion of Hoffman and Rogala the Board voted all in favor to implement an action plan discussed during the executive session. Passed 2-0.

5.     Meeting adjourned at 11:20AM.
