MINUTES FOR TELEVISED SELECT BOARD MEETING
Wednesday, November 21, 2018 3:00pm at the Community Building
Attendees: David McCubrey, Rita Perron, John Rogala, Bennet Flinner, John Rondeau, Rita Anderson
1. Meeting called to order at 3:03pm by McCubrey.
2. Old Business
a. Roads Update: Shaw Bros are done with work for now on Sand Pond Road. Will complete clean-up in the Spring. Salmon Falls Road top coat will be completed in the Spring.
3. New Business
a. Junkyard Permit renewal - Trident Auto Sales: Property owner is in compliance. On the motion of McCubrey and Perron, the board approved junkyard permit renewal. Passed 3-0.
b. Weekly Warrant and Payroll: Warrant last week -$630,043, Warrant this week - $139,063; Payroll last week - $13,829, Payroll this week - $30,332.
c. Purchase Orders: No details, just Hollis FD purchased a laptop because their other one died. NDS could not recoup the data on the laptop.
d. Correspondence
Dec. 1st - Rabies Clinic at Buxton Public Works Garage. Dogs on leashes and Cats in carriers please. $8.00 CASH ONLY. For more info call Buxton Town Hall at 929-6171.
Friday Night Knit and Crochet Group will be held every Friday at the Community Building from 6:30-9:00pm. Next meeting is November 30th. Everyone is welcome to this adults only knitting and crochet group! Bring your own materials. Snacks will be served and there is no fee! For more information call Beth at 929-5142.

REMINDER: Town Hall will be closed on Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

6. Public Comment: Rita Anderson asked if the board was working on budgets for next year. McCubrey responded yes and that all departmental budgets are due by 1.1.19 so they all can be reviewed by the Finance Committee by 4.1.19
7. Executive Session: None
8. On the motion of Perron and Rogala, the board adjourned the meeting at 3:22pm.
