11.30.16 Select Board meeting and emergency executive session

The Hollis Select Board Meeting was opened at 15:42PM by Mike Seely, Sr. and motion was made to go into executive session under Title 1 M.R.S. §405(6)(A) to discuss a personnel matter. All were in favor, motion passed and the doors were closed. Present for the meeting: River Payne, Roger Hicks and Mike Seely, Sr. The Select Board shared information regarding a personnel matter.  The executive session ended at 15:52 PM and the Select Board meeting was reopened by Seely. A motion was made by Seely to terminate an employee from the Hollis Fire Department. Hicks seconded the motion and was unanimously approved by the Select Board. Meeting closed on motion of Seely/Payne at 15:56PM.
