Meeting Minutes for Hollis Select Board Meeting
Wednesday, February 20, 2019, 4:00PM in the Select Board Office
Attendees: Dave McCubrey, Rita Perron, Jack Rogala, Bill Burns, Barbara Hase, Mary Hoffman, Martha Huff
Meeting called to order by Dave McCubrey at 4:04 PM
New Business
On a motion from Rogala/Perron, the Board voted 3-0 to appoint Faith Plummer, Kathy Harriman, & Paul Mattor to the Long Range Planning Committee. Martha Huff suggested the Board work on giving them a directive and limiting the number of members.
Election/Town Meeting: on March 6th, the Select Board plans to vote on items to go on the draft warrant for a planned informative public hearing on March 20th.
Adjournment: Rogala/Perron motion to adjourn. Bill Burns spoke up saying there should be other discussions and they should have been on the agenda. He was told there was no other items on the agenda and we were going to adjourn but were willing to have a conversation afterwards.
Meeting was adjourned at 4:11 PM
