MEETING MINUTES FOR HOLLIS SELECT BOARD MEETING
Wednesday, May 6, 2020, 2:00PM at the Hollis Community Building
Attendees: David Mc Cubrey, Rita Perron (via Facetime) Jack Rogala, Bennet Flinner, Ken Knudsen.
1. Meeting called to order by McCubrey at 2:30pm
2. Warrant for July 14, 2020 Annual Town Meeting - Amendments - Date changed to reflect new date for Town Meeting and updated article for Tax Collector dates of collection and interest rate. On the motion of Rogala and McCubrey, the Select Board accepted the changes to the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting rescheduled for July 14, 2020. Passed 3-0
3. Other Business:
- The Board is currently working on setting up Zoom virtual meetings so the public can interact during meetings.
- As of May 5, 2020 the Tax Collector's office will be doing motor vehicle registrations and collecting tax payments through a walk-up window service at the Town Hall on Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. We require that you social distance, wear a cloth mask and bring your own pen.

5. On the motion of Rogala and McCubrey, the board adjourned the meeting at 2:36pm. Passed 3-0.
