MINUTES FOR TELEVISED SELECT BOARD MEETING
Wednesday, June 6, 2018 7:00PM at the Hollis Community Building
Attendees: Roger Hicks, Rita Perron, Bennet Flinner, Martha Huff, John Rondeau, Mary Weyer, Rita Anderson, Bev Harris, Dave McCubrey
1. Meeting called to order by Hicks at 7:00PM
2. Old Business
a. Town Report Dedication - Select Board presented the Town Report to their dedication recipient Mary Weyer, Librarian of the Salmon Falls Library.
b. Hicks and Perron signed the contract presented by Shane Kelly of Sebago Technics between Shaw Brothers and the Town of Hollis for the Sand Pond Road reconstruction project. Town Clerk will attest the signatures on all 3 copies of the contract signed.
c. Hicks and Perron signed the contract between DiMatteo Construction and the Town of Hollis for the Town Hall Structural Renovation project. Contract states that the work will be completed by August 24, 2018.
d. 5-member Select Board Ordinance Committee Search announcement given by Perron. We have 3 members so far, need 2 more. Contact Bennet Flinner at 929-8552 x26 for an application.
3. New Business
a. Appointments: Select Board appointed six Ballot and Election Clerks for the June 12, 2018 election.
b. Weekly Warrant and Payroll : Warrant last week $181,657, Warrant this week $43,706; Payroll last week: $9,721, Payroll last week: $19,019.
c. Purchase Orders- Available at Town Hall for viewing.
d. Correspondence: County Budget meeting on June 13, 2018 6:30PM at the Alfred Government Building.
4. Other Business:
a. General Assistance audit was completed and Town of Hollis passed on May 31, 2018.
b. Rita thanked Roger for his service and welcomed him back anytime to attend meetings as a public spectator.
c. There will be an Executive Session tomorrow evening at the Town Hall from 6-9 pm while the Select Board conducts interviews for the Code Enforcement Officer position.

6. Public Comment - No decisions made during this item. Roger thanked the residents for their support through the years. He gained a lot of experience and knowledge during his term. Roger thanked the Town's employees and townspeople for all their support.
