MINUTES FOR SELECT BOARD MEETING - SEPT. 12, 2018 5PM AT THE SELECT BOARD OFFICE

Attendees: David McCubrey, Rita Perron, Bennet Flinner, Vera Littlefield

1. Meeting called to order at 5:05pm by McCubrey

2.  Old Business - None

3.  New Business - None

4. Other Business - None

5. Public Comments - Resident Vera Littlefield asked if the $3M road bond was being paid back with TIF funds.  Board answered yes. Will the 5 member Select Board ordinance be put on this coming warrant? Board answered no. Will there be a contract deputy on this coming warrant? Board answered no. McCubrey read Vera the two warrant articles that will be on the November 2018 warrant regarding the medical marijuana moratorium and rental property ordinance. Vera also asked if the Town will be meeting with Poland Spring regarding blinking signs?  Board said that the signs were being looked into by Code Enforcement. Vera asked about the Fun and Fitness signs that are on the roadsides in town, are they legal? Board said that the Code Enforcement office can look into that if there are no other pertinent issues to address at this time.

6. On the motion of Perron and McCubrey, the board adjourned the meeting at 5:50pm.
