"HOW TO SPEND MILLIONS IN TIF REVENUE"

These questions will be discussed during this meeting:

    1. Can TIF revenues be used for the following?

To acquire land for economic development?

To lease and/or subdivide and sell parcels of acquired land for economic development?

All infrastructure such as roads, a common waste management facility, common water source under pressure and a communications/utility backbone for acquired land?

All study, design, architecture and engineering services in support of economic development of acquired land?

Economic development consulting services?

To build ATV/snowmobile trails?

   2. Should a new TIF district be created for the new municipal complex, or could this complex be included in the current TIF district, even though it is not contiguous to that district? What are the advantages to either if any?

   3. Is there any data on the impact on local taxes when a TIF expires?
