1. Meeting called to order by Payne at 5:04PM.

4. Other Business - River would like to substantiate the Parks and Rec Scholarship for the 2017 Summer season. Will discuss offline with Deb Tefft.
5. Public Questions and Comments - Roger reports that the emergency truck route for the Poland Spring trucks is Haley Rd, to Rt 35 to Rt 117. Route had to be used today for a fatal truck/auto crash on Rt. 117.
